The kitchen is fully equipped and comprises of a large cooker with self cleaning oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is a plentiful supply of cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and glasses, as well as tumblers that are suitable for use around the pool. The kitchen area also has a breakfast bar with four swivel bar stools plus further seating in the breakfast nook. A telephone is situated on the breakfast bar and a wall- mounted fire extinguisher has been fitted in the pantry for your safety. The laundry area in the garage contains a full size washing machine and tumble drier. A laundry basket, iron and ironing board are all supplied.
