An outstanding feature of the villa is the extended screened deck area which contains the spa and 28’x14’ swimming pool with fantastic views of the conservation woodland.
The lanai area has a fan and light. It houses an octagonal table and luxury padded chairs, which is great for external dining. A barbecue is provided for those chefs who wish to cook outside.

Other poolside furniture, includes two sun loungers and two chaise loungers with foot stools seen here on the right of the picture, all with double sided padded cushions.

The pool and decking area are relatively private with an open aspect to the rear giving great views of woodland containing Florida’s natural flora and fauna. The pool and spa can be lit at night using the under water lights. For the winter months an electric pool heater is available at an additional cost.

Please be advised in addition to the pool child safety fence there is a pool alarm on the patio doors leading to the swimming area for the children’s safety.
