What a great holiday and what a great home you have, thanks for allowing us to use it. I can honestly say after 8 trips to Florida that is by far the best villa I have ever used. it really was a home from home The pool is just out of this world always just the right temp. the only down side was I did not stay long enough.
I will recommend your place to all our friends, and as far as I can see the area will only get better as time goes on with all the new shopping malls and other developments.

A truly memorable holiday made all the better for our superb base at the villa at SandyRidge. The location could not be bettered with all the "must do" locations only a very short drive away. Whilst the parks are very tiring energy levels are soon restored when the pool and jacuzzi are used to refresh and the villa offers luxury peaceful surroundings. I challenge anyone to find a better location to holiday in Orlando. The villa was brilliant and cannot fault it. Beds so comfortable and needed to rest weary bodies.
We will use it again as it is a true home from home that felt like our home for 2 weeks. No better compliment I think. Thanks for everything. I will recommend your villa to anyone who will listen!

We had a beautiful time in your villa and it was great. You have a new shopping Plaza that just opened on August 1st and the saying goes (Bermudians love to shop) and we did. I would like to say again what a wonderful holiday we enjoyed in Florida. Your villa was absolutely excellent - we couldn't have wished for anything better. As you are aware, we have stayed in numerous Florida villas over the past 10 years, all of which
have been situated just off of US27, which we have thoroughly enjoyed. However, having now stayed
at your villa at Sandy Ridge, we were amazed at the amount of travelling time that we saved, since
the access to the I4 is so close, which meant travelling to the main attractions was far easier and quicker. Finally, the pool area at your villa suited everyone and what a wonderful sun trap.

We all had such a wonderful time, we are counting weeks to go again as we usually go every two years, but started talking about it already.
Everything about the holiday was great couldn't fault anything about holiday, love the shopping which was brilliant. What can i say about the spa it is also brilliant, never had a spa round the pool. I don’t usually use pool very much the kids tend to us it more, but because there was the spa we where in it most days so relaxing. Couldn't fault your villa everyone said what a beautiful villa, no problems at all, would use your villa again. Once again thank you very much for everything

Had a great time. Kids loved it - spent a week in all the Disney parks and ate mainly locally at Champions Gate or in the house (as too tired to be out for dinner after a long day at the parks).
The kids are already on about our next trip and we would definitely use the house again. I have already recommended it to a couple of my dads friends.

Your home was a joy to live in while we were there, and it felt like being home. Some homes have a good felling in them, which is present as soon as you enter, yours is one of those homes. Ray, I want to thank you so much for letting us rent your home and making it a great place for us to stay. The beds were wonderful to sleep in and the pool was great to relax in when we arrived home from the parks. It was quiet at night and the wooded area gave us a lot of privacy. We had a great time at your home and in fact now are suffering withdrawal pains as we adjust to "real life" again. I do miss that pool!. Having 5 bedrooms was very convenient for the company we had come visit. Everything was as promised, if not better. You've invested in quality furniture and beds and it made for a very comfortable stay. Taking Lake Wilson Road to the 192 was very convenient, much better than the location we were at last year.

We all had a great holiday and all thought your villa was really nice,very well equipped ,very comfortable and in a good location we couldn't ask for more!
There is not many holidays that after 12 days i'm not ready to come home but we could all have easily stayed for another week or 2 and will definitely recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic time at Disney, Seaworld and St Petes Beach but best of all was your excellent villa. Everything we needed and more in a really central location.
The kids (and parents) loved relaxing in the pool at the end (and sometimes in the middle) of hot Disney days.
We were really glad we found your web page and would strongly recommend it to other guests.

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed every day and evening to the fullest. Your home was everything we expected and more. We felt as comfortable and relaxed as if we were in our own homes.
It was so convenient to everything we did during our stay. The pool got a workout every night after returning home from our full day of adventure. We will definitely recommend your villa to friends and family who are planning trips to the Orlando area

My family and I had a wonderful time at your villa, and a very good experience with the management company.
One person in our party left her wallet at the villa and the management Company (I think his name was Dave) sent the wallet to my house in Virginia and it was waiting for us when we came back home.
The vacation could not have been nicer.

July 07 – Alexis & Jason Doyle – Bolton, Lancashire, UK
The villa was absolutely beautiful. It was absolutely spotless and the furnishings were lovely. We absolutely loved spending time in and around the pool. We had a couple of minor problems with the pool, but the management company were very helpful and arrived quickly to sort them out. We also appreciated the management company giving us a courtesy call on the first day to check if everything was okay, that was a nice touch.
Thank you very much for arranging the table tennis, my son and husband spent many hours in there (usually late at night!) playing. We intend to return to Orlando in 2009, so we will be in touch.

Our family had a fabulous time staying in your home. The location is great and a wonderful neighbourhood. The kids enjoyed the pool as well as the air hockey game. Actually most of our time was spent in the pool. We treated your home as if it were our own and we will definitely go on your website to recommend your property. September 07 – Susan Harris & Family – Lewisville Texas USA
We had a great time in Florida. The kids really enjoyed all the parks, especially the Magic Kingdom and Blizzard Beach. We hit them all in our 6 days there as well as driving to the beach in Clearwater, FL for the day so that they could play in the ocean and make sand castles.
Overall the house was perfect for us. The accommodations were great and it was really nice to have a pool to come home to after a long day at the park. I would say that our visit was a huge success.

We all had a great time again on our second visit to your home, done a few different things inc air boats at cypress lakes (great fun)
Went to Daytona for bike festival well worth the visit but very busy. Kennedy space centre was very interesting, went to cocoa beach and saw a Space Shuttle launch whilst we were there great experience. Unable to do a fishing trip at Clearwater.
Thank you for recommending Veronica, flights car hire etc everything spot on.
Villa as good as we remembered great to have a good base after busy days at parks and malls.

I can't say enough about our stay in Ray and Pat’s home. The location is quiet and peaceful yet so very convenient. We wanted to be near Disney yet have a retreat at the end of the day and this house was all of that and more. Let me tell you, we didn't want to leave! The furnishings are top notch. The management company first class. Ray and Pat were the absolute easiest to deal with. I researched villa's for well over two months and chatted with many, many owners.
I'm so very glad we decided to go with the Ray and Pat’s home. They made our trip special and wonderful. Let me give you a quick example. We were arriving on Christmas eve. I was terribly concerned about stores and restaurants being closed by time we got there and the next day. Ray contacted his management company for help. They actually grocery shopped for me with my list and didn't even charge me a service fee or anything! I could not believe it.
The house is in amazing condition. Everything is new. The bedding is better than what I have at my own home. It is extremely well cared for and we didn't have a single problem while there. Ray and Pat truly go the extra mile.

Your villa was fantastic, extremely well situated to all the attractions, and really homely (the one we stayed at 3 years ago at Tuscan Ridge was sterile in comparison), the pool heating and laptop was a real bonus for us all. There are a couple of things that I would highlight that we enjoyed the most. I think the proximity to Disney cannot be underplayed. Being only a single exit away made the trips back and forth a breeze. I think the other big thing that drew us to your property was the general style. A lot of competing properties had almost the exact same decor, which was very neutral and boring (i.e., off white bedding & green palm trees). We found your property more "like home", with a nice style but not over the top. We wish you well with your property in the future. We won't hesitate to recommend it to friends if they're heading toOrlando.

Having been now 6 or 7 times your personal attention and the quality of your villa and location are second to none. I wish that other families that trawl through literally hundreds of different villas could learn from my experience of several visits. One person in our party left her wallet at the villa and the management Company (I think his name was Dave) sent the wallet to my house in Virginia and it was waiting for us when we came back home. The vacation could not have been nicer. July 07 – Alexis & Jason Doyle – Bolton, Lancashire, UK The villa was absolutely beautiful. It was absolutely spotless and the furnishings were lovely. We absolutely loved spending time in and around the pool. We had a couple of minor problems with the pool, but the management company were very helpful and arrived quickly to sort them out. We also appreciated the management company giving us a courtesy call on the first day to check if everything was okay, that was a nice touch. Thank you very much for arranging the table tennis, my son and husband spent many hours in there (usually late at night!) playing. We intend to return to Orlando in 2009, so we will be in touch. The kids enjoyed the pool as well as the air hockey game. Actually most of our time was spent in the pool. September 07 – Susan Harris & Family – Lewisville Texas USA We had a great time in Florida. The kids really enjoyed all the parks, especially the Magic Kingdom and Blizzard Beach. We hit them all in our 6 days there as well as driving to the beach in Clearwater, FL for the day so that they could play in the ocean and make sand castles. Overall the house was perfect for us. The accommodations were great and it was really nice to have a pool to come home to after a long day at the park. I would say that our visit was a huge success. Kennedy space centre was very interesting, went to cocoa beach and saw a Space Shuttle launch whilst we were there great experience. Unable to do a fishing trip at Clearwater. We wanted to be near Disney yet have a retreat at the end of the day and this house was all of that and more. Let me tell you, we didn't want to leave! The furnishings are top notch. The management company first class. Ray and Pat were the absolute easiest to deal with. I researched villa's for well over two months and chatted with many, many owners. I'm so very glad we decided to go with the Ray and Pat’s home. They made our trip special and wonderful. Let me give you a quick example. We were arriving on Christmas eve. I was terribly concerned about stores and restaurants being closed by time we got there and the next day. Ray contacted his management company for help. They actually grocery shopped for me with my list and didn't even charge me a service fee or anything! I could not believe it. The house is in amazing condition. Everything is new. The bedding is better than what I have at my own home. It is extremely well cared for and we didn't have a single problem while there. Ray and Pat truly go the extra mile. February 2006 - Mark Gavin & family – Medway MA, USA There are a couple of things that I would highlight that we enjoyed the most. I think the proximity to Disney cannot be underplayed. Being only a single exit away made the trips back and forth a breeze. I think the other big thing that drew us to your property was the general style. A lot of competing properties had almost the exact same decor, which was very neutral and boring (i.e., off white bedding & green palm trees). We found your property more "like home", with a nice style but not over the top. We wish you well with your property in the future.
